New book coming from Liturgical Press @litpress this year! I’m thankful to work with such a thoughtful, attentive, and encouraging publisher.
I’m also grateful for readers who have followed me and kindly reached out to me over the years. Thank you.

Good Afternoon Valerie . . . I am also a twice on Sunday ‘Live Stream’ Mass devotee . . . and also enjoy your articles for AmericaMedia . . . and I am likely as passionate as you are about Pope Francis and his visions (including women) of expanding the roles of the Church’s governing and administrative leadership positions . . . His Mother, Mary of Magdala and others are responding, “About time.” . . . influential women all . . .
I pen mostly architectural designs, though you might enjoy an inspiring read of another strong mother’s voice. After more than eighteen centuries, St. Perpetua has written once again. She has added her personal memoir to the oldest known Latin text she penned while incarcerated in Carthage in early 203 CE.
After 12 years, my architectural website is being redesigned . . . though another website, http://www.christinerenaecharles.com attempts to provide some evidence that I do occasionally pen more than architectural designs . . . If you would trust ‘us’ with your address, Perpetua would gladly mail you a copy of her memoir . . . my memoir is not nearly as interesting . . . though a spiritual journey of transition . . .
God’s Blessings to your Family and You, – Christine
